Chimp Rage is something that exists in all of us. It is a chaotic, primal energy that we inherited from our angry chimpanzee ancestors. Unfortunately, if left unattended, an excessive amount of this energy begins to build up inside us which can lead to stress, tension and negative moods.
That is why we must harness this energy and direct it towards achieving an emotionally healthy state of mind and wellbeing. The number 1 best way I have found to burn off this Chimp Rage and relieve tension and stress is through exercise and fitness. This can be a completely lifechanging process. Angry body = angry mind.
